Design data and drawings are transmitted from cad systems to state-of-the-art cnc machining centers and lathes, where the rotors and calipers are machined to extremely fine tolerances and the adapters precision manufactured. MOV 'IT ® maintains a very strict high level of quality control, from the materials used to the testing of finished products in road and racetrack settings under a variety of conditions on a wide range of vehicles. Test findings are fed in at the design stage in a continuous improvement process. All of our products are certified by the german technical inspectorate (TÜV).
